D – potato skins with cheese, bacon, green onions, and sour cream, one rib, two wings, 3.5 chicken fingers with wing sauce, kettle chips, fries, coleslaw, chocolate chip cookies with ice cream, chocolate and butterscotch sauce, two hard candies

Survived the sleep study…not the most pleasant way to spend the evening, but hopefully I get the results soon. I have had a headache the past few days which is not so thrilling either. It has subsided now and hopefully it is gone for a long time. Missed yoga last night because I was in so much pain, but we did go to chanting. I will go to yoga tomorrow though and I am looking forward to it.
My great fruit experiment is over. It makes me feel hungry, makes me think about food, and makes me want to eat. Please see Exhibit “A” (my dinner tonight) above. My son came down for his birthday celebration and I went wild. Fruit is back off the menu and I am going back down to 30 or less carbs per day tomorrow.
