L – salami with Gouda, a quarter of a flax/chia “bagel” (never again, it was gross!), fried green beans
S – five squares of mint chocolate
D – Caesar salad
Calories – 1852
Fat – 157 g
Protein – 76 g
Carbs – 23 g
Yoga was great today…by the end my legs were shaking. After we got home it was a hot tub and a sauna for me, The Boss added a swim to that, but my legs were done. Watched the movie J. Edgar. It was very interesting, I learned some things I didn’t know and that is always a good thing in my book.






Those subs NEVER work for me…. all those dumb LC tortillas…
